Delete Account

You can request deletion of your GlowTrack Auctions account at any time. Account deletion removes access to your profile and disables future use of bidding, selling, watchlist, and notification features.

What We Delete

• Profile preferences, notification settings, saved app state, and non-required account metadata.
• Watchlist records and marketing or optional communication preferences.
• Uploaded documents that are no longer required for legal, payment, fraud, or dispute reasons.

What May Be Retained

Some auction, payment, invoice, KYC, fraud prevention, tax, dispute, and audit records may be retained where required by law, platform safety, payment reconciliation, or auction administration. Where retained, records are restricted and used only for those purposes.

Processing Time

We aim to confirm deletion requests within 7 working days after verifying account ownership. Complex payment, auction, or dispute cases may take longer where records must be reviewed.

Before You Delete

Make sure open bids, unpaid invoices, pending withdrawals, active listings, and account disputes are resolved before requesting deletion.
